The Yamaha RD 250 (RD standing for Race Developed) was a popular bike with production continuing up until 1987. Now sought after today, this 1981 example was first registered in the UK in March 2021 having been imported. Our vendor reports it was restored the same year and received a full engine rebuild as part of this. The invoice for the engine rebuild is included and totals over £2,600. Also included is the V5, a collection of invoices for parts throughout the restoration, RD owners manual and further Haynes workshop manual. Registered as a historic vehicle.
