This C1 is the last year of the first series Corvette and came off the assembly line in January 1962.
Finished in maroon with a matching hard top and a maroon and black interior with leather seating, all of which is in very good condition. A soft top is also fitted.
This C1 has been tastefully modified with period American Racing 5 spoke alloy wheels, integrated bonnet scoop and chrome headlamp surrounds.
However, the original matched to colour surrounds are included. Mechanically power steering and disc brakes have been fitted plus a 5 speed Tremec gearbox, powered by the legendary 400 c.i engine with similar horsepower and also equipped with power steering.
The engine compartment is in excellent shape and the whole car very attractive throughout, and was privately imported by the only owner here.
Also included are some new replacement parts, additional badges, an extra Corvette branded radio and speaker set, plus the factory drivers handbook.
